FAQ's

Q: Who owns the product on the site?

A: Perkins owns all literature, determines what product is available on the website and the price of the product.

Q: Who runs the site?

A: Although this is a Perkins branded website, it is run by Perkins print partner Midland Information Resources.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

A: The production time for orders is as follows:
- Orders ship in 3-4 business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days).
Orders from the Online Site are imported into Midland's production system at various times throughout the day. The last import is 2.00pm CST, so orders after this time will not be imported until the first import the next business day.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Transit (shipping) time varies for each order based upon the location of the fulfilment centre shipping the order, the ship to address and the ship method selected at the time of order entry.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Tracking information may be obtained the day after the order has been shipped by going on to the Order Search page on the Perkins Online Ordering site and entering your order number. Your order and its tracking number will appear/ The tracking number is a link to the tracking site of the carrier.

Q: Can the shipping/freight be changed for my order?

A: Shipping/freight methods are chosen and shipping costs are calculated on this information at the time of order entry and cannot be changed.

Q: How do I set up a Third Party Billing Account?

A: This is done my contacting Perkins_Support@midlandcorp.com

Q: What is the returns policy?

A: Unfortunately returns are not accepted. After an order has been processed all orders are final.

Q: What happens if I order the wrong manual or quantity?

A: Once an order has been submitted the details of the order cannot be adjusted.

Q: If I make two separate orders can I have them shipped together?

A: Due to the print on demand process Midland are unable to fulfil requests to have orders shipped together.

Q: Who can I contact if I have a enquiry?

Q: Who do I contact if I can't find the literature I am looking for?

A: For enquiries regarding the media that is available on the site, please send the request to serviceliterature@perkins.com This is a group email address at Perkins that handles all requests regards the availability of media.

Q: How can I receive answers for my invoicing enquiries?

A: Please submit invoicing questions or requests to MIRAccounting@midlandcorp.com. This is a group email address that responds to all invoicing requests.
